1. Information We Collect
•
Account info: email address or social login identifiers.
•
User content: photos you upload or capture and the stickers/exports we generate for you.
•
Purchase data: in-app purchase receipts, product IDs, transaction status (via Apple/Google/RevenueCat).
•
Usage & device data: app screens/taps, app version, device model/OS, performance and crash logs (if enabled).
Face-containing images: Photos may include faces. We do not perform face recognition, compute face embeddings, create biometric templates, or use TrueDepth/Face ID data.
2. How We Use Information
•
Provide the Service: authenticate accounts; create stickers (background removal + style conversion); edit/compose/export photos; manage your sticker library.
•
Purchases: process coins or premium items, restore purchases, validate receipts.
•
Analytics (non-advertising): understand product usage and improve reliability/performance (IDFA/ad tracking disabled).
•
Support & notices: respond to inquiries and send essential notifications (e.g., policy or feature changes).
•
Legal & safety: comply with law; prevent abuse and fraud.
3. Face Data & Camera (Key Details)
•
No biometric identification. We do not perform facial recognition, compute face embeddings, create biometric templates, or use TrueDepth/Face ID data.
•
When uploads occur. Your photo is uploaded only when you start stickerization or export.
•
Purpose limitation. Photos are processed solely to (i) remove backgrounds, (ii) convert styles (e.g., retro/pixel art), and (iii) compose decorated images at your request. No advertising or profiling based on faces.
4. Sharing & Processors
We do not sell data and we do not share for advertising/retargeting. We use processors only to operate the Service:
•
Apple / Google – distribution and payments
•
RevenueCat – in-app purchases & receipt validation
•
Amplitude – product analytics for app improvement (no IDFA-based ad tracking)
•
Supabase – database, storage, and access control (Row-Level Security) hosted on AWS Asia Pacific (Seoul), region ap-northeast-2
•
AI processing provider (e.g., OpenAI) – transforms uploaded images into stickers as our processor under our instructions
Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, property, and safety.
5. Retention & Deletion
•
Original uploads: retained for up to 7 days for reliability (e.g., retries, redownload) and then automatically deleted.
•
Immediate deletion: you can trigger Delete Now in Settings → Privacy to remove originals and derived copies from our storage without waiting.
•
Generated stickers/exports: kept until you delete them in-app or delete your account.
•
On-device caches & temp files: expire automatically within 7 days.
•
Operational logs: do not store image contents (no binary payloads); security/diagnostic logs are retained only as necessary and then deleted or de-identified.
Delete data or account: use in-app Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email help@allthatityoung.com.
6. Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls (including RLS on Supabase), and other technical/organizational measures. No method is 100% secure.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (e.g., U.S., EU, Korea). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses).
8. Legal Bases & Your Rights
•
Legal bases: performance of a contract (provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics), and consent (permissions/notifications where required).
•
Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction/objection

9. Your Choices & Permissions
•
Analytics: request opt-out; we honor platform privacy settings where applicable.
•
Notifications: disable in system settings.

10. Children’s Privacy

이용·기기 정보: 화면/탭 등 사용 이벤트, 앱 버전, 기기 모델/OS, 성능·크래시 로그(활성화 시)
얼굴이 포함될 수 있는 이미지: 사진에 얼굴이 포함될 수 있습니다. 회사는 얼굴 인식, 얼굴 임베딩 산출, 생체 템플릿 생성을 하지 않으며 TrueDepth/Face ID 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
•
서비스 제공: 계정 인증, 스티커 생성(배경 제거·스타일 변환), 편집/합성/내보내기, 스티커 라이브러리 관리
•
결제 처리: 코인·프리미엄 항목 결제/복원, 영수증 검증
•
분석(광고 목적 아님): 제품 사용성 파악, 안정성/성능 개선(IDFA/광고 추적 비활성화)
•
고객 지원/공지: 문의 대응, 정책·중요 변경 안내
•
법적 의무 및 안전: 법령 준수, 악용/사기 방지
3. 얼굴 데이터 및 카메라
•
생체정보 미사용. 회사는 얼굴 인식을 수행하지 않으며, 얼굴 임베딩/생체 템플릿을 생성·보관하지 않습니다. 또한 TrueDepth/Face ID 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
•
업로드 시점. 사용자가 스티커 생성 또는 내보내기를 시작할 때에만 이미지가 업로드됩니다.
•
목적 제한. 이미지는 사용자의 요청에 따라 배경 제거, 스타일 변환(레트로/픽셀 아트 등), 사진 꾸미기 합성에 한정하여 처리됩니다. 광고·프로파일링에는 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고/타깃팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 수탁업체를 이용합니다.
•
Apple / Google: 앱 배포 및 결제
•
RevenueCat: 인앱결제 및 영수증 검증
•
Amplitude: 제품 분석(광고 추적 미사용)
•
Supabase: 데이터베이스/스토리지/접근제어(RLS), AWS Asia Pacific(Seoul, 리전 ap-northeast-2)에 호스팅

법령상 요구 또는 권리·안전 보호를 위해 필요한 범위에서 제공될 수 있습니다.
5. 보관 및 파기
•
원본 업로드: 최대 7일 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다(재시도·재다운로드 등 신뢰성 목적).
•
즉시 삭제: 설정 → 개인정보 → ‘지금 삭제’ 기능으로 대기 없이 즉시 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
•
생성된 스티커/내보내기 결과: 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
•
기기 내 캐시/임시파일: 7일 이내 자동 만료됩니다.
•
운영 로그: 이미지 본문(바이너리)을 저장하지 않습니다. 보안·진단 로그는 필요한 기간만 보관 후 삭제 또는 가명/익명화합니다.
삭제 방법: 앱 내 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 기능을 이용하거나 help@allthatityoung.com으로 요청하십시오.
6. 보안조치
전송구간 TLS, 저장 시 암호화, 최소권한 접근통제(RLS 포함) 등 기술적/관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 100% 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
7. 국외 이전
개인정보는 미국, EU, 한국 등 귀하의 국가 외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 관련 법령상 요구되는 경우 적절한 보호장치를 적용합니다(계약상 안전조치 등).
8. 법적 근거 및 이용자의 권리
